Valladolid, Spain
In the spring semester of 2003, I will be studying at the Universitas Castellae in Valladolid, Spain. Valladolid is a city of 400,000 inhabitants, just two and a half hours north of Madrid. The purest form of Castellano Spanish is spoken in Valladolid and this is why I chose to study abroad here. The whole city is considered a classroom due to the many different sites to see. If one is bored, he/she can go to an art gallery, a cafe, or a theatre in order to find entertainment. The possibilities are endless in the historic country of Spain.
